The staff were wonderful, knowledgeable and always willing to help. I stayed during construction on the building, and they were lovely about finding a way to make up for the noise. Hopefully the work wraps up soon. The hostel itself is beautiful, with newly renovated suites and modern amenities, including A/C. It's about a five-minute walk to the Palace and Main Port, and there's a grocery store right across the street for travel essentials.

I saw the staff deep-cleaning the rooms and bathrooms so often, and the place was more sanitary than my own home. It was VERY CLEAN, and I felt comfortable using everything. Seriously, one of the best hostel stays I've had in Europe.

We got in late because of bus delays, but the lady still checked us in cheerfully and gave us useful information about the city, Hvar and Dubrovnik, where we were headed next. The rooms are really cute, with a disco ball and a computer/TV. The hostel is just outside the busy city center, and the service was the best ever. Highly recommended.

It's a smaller hostel, which makes it feel a bit more personal. The staff were super friendly and helped with anything we needed, and the place was clean. The port, train station and ferry port are all close, as is Split's old town. Hard to ask for a better location. Highly recommend.

The only downside is that it feels more like a hotel than a hostel, with no common area to chat in. There was some construction noise in May, though that should stop soon. The place itself is very new and clean, and the staff were extremely helpful and accommodating.
