Ark Beach Apartment - Rabbit

We felt really comfortable here thanks to Marija, the owner, who went out of her way for us. The place was quiet and very clean, and the beach was nearby. There were plenty of bars and restaurants within walking distance. Nothing bad to say about it.

First night of the holiday, and we already feel badly misled. This isn't a hotel, and it's in the middle of nowhere on a building site. Our taxi driver couldn't find it. We walked along a road with hardly any pavement, then found a dark driveway with a "beware of the dog" sign. After knocking on a few random doors, someone finally took us to the room. They immediately asked how old my kid was. Nice to meet you too. There was no bed made up for the kids, and there were red ants. We were warned that checkout was early, at 10am. When we asked about beach access, we got a confused look. It seems there isn't any. The internet wasn't working either, even though we only wanted it to figure out how to escape. And it cost about double what we paid for the really nice, vibey place we stayed at last time in Split.

The local beach was only moments away, and the sea views made breakfast a perfect start to each day. Staff were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was great. I really enjoyed my two-night stay. The apartment was comfortable and well equipped. I just wish I could have stayed longer.

This family-run aparthotel sits right at the edge of the beach, with an amazing view. The conditions were excellent for a family, and the breakfast was delicious with plenty of variety. A very good choice.
