I was in Split for work meetings at the University, and this suited my needs really well. The rooms and shared areas were clean and nicely presented, and I got a warm welcome. There's a good choice of convenience stores within a five-minute walk, plus decent places to eat. My favorite was a lovely pizza place down the hill at the marina. It's well placed for the meetings, and about a 20-minute walk to the old town. The nearby coastal path makes for a nice route. A very pleasant stay.

The staff were so polite and lovely. I mentioned that we were there for my sister's birthday, and they made a real effort, with a handmade cake, champagne, and balloons. The hotel was modern and clean, and close enough to walk to shops and the old town. It exceeded our expectations. Thanks so much for having us, we'll be back :)

We were a wedding group and had the best time at this lovely little place. The staff were super nice. I would've liked a bigger breakfast, but otherwise it was just perfect!

The AC didn't work, and when we asked staff to fix it, they didn't. I also saw one of the cleaners spit in my coffee. The WiFi was down, and some staff were very rude when we asked if they could sort it out. I'm not happy and would never stay here again.

This place is a joke. When we arrived, the AC was broken. A worker checked the thermostat, said it was fine, and told us to give it an hour. It still wasn't working an hour later. Then the WiFi stopped working. I asked the worker to check it, and she said her computer was working fine, so there was nothing wrong with the WiFi. I've never seen staff so incompetent. Please don't stay here!
