The room has convenient facilities, though there’s nowhere to hang laundry since there’s no drying rack. The apartment is in a very good location.

The apartment was clean and spacious, and really close to the Split center. Everything went smoothly.

There’s a supermarket nearby, and getting the keys from the coded locker outside was really convenient. The apartment has plenty of space in a quiet neighborhood, about a 10-minute walk from Diocletian's Palace. It comes with Wi-Fi, a TV, washing machine, fridge, and small kitchenette. The three flights of narrow stairs are a hassle, especially with a stroller, so I’d suggest it for people without small children. The shower wasn’t very functional, and although the washing machine worked fine, I couldn’t figure out where to hang the laundry.

A hundred years ago, Raunica, its street and neighborhood, was a typical working-class district. Wotr Rad means work. These days, it’s just one of many places tourists stay for the summer.
