Divota Apartment Hotel

The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the street has everything you need, including a small supermarket and lots of restaurants. I stayed in the lower-floor apartment at 27 Plinarska, with a balcony. It was beautiful, spacious, and seemed to have been renovated very recently, with quality touches throughout. The bathroom was especially lovely. It felt like settling into my own home in Split, on a quiet old-town street away from the crowds around the Riva. My one complaint was how clearly I could hear guests in the apartment upstairs. In this older building, every footstep echoed thunderously through my room. Luckily, they went to bed at a reasonable time.

Just a few minutes from the center, the apartments sit among winding back streets that are well lit and feel safe.

We spent two lovely nights at Divota Apartments. Our room was spacious and comfortable, looking out onto the garden, and the setting was peaceful despite being only a few minutes' walk from the center of Split. The breakfast venue was the best ever. Service was helpful, including the tourist advice. Thank you.

After a long two days getting to Split, this place helped us unwind. It's a lovely apartment-hotel setup, in a small, intimate building just off the busy route, looking out onto the yoga garden. Do check out the classes. Our modern room had good windows, a bath, and a small fridge with plates and cutlery. Breakfast at a nearby restaurant was simple but okay, with full water service. The music felt like a bit much first thing in the morning when we were tired. Front desk staff were really friendly and helped us book bus travel to Bosnia.
