10/10
Just a minute's walk from the promenade, with bars, restaurants, and grocery stores nearby. The old town is only a few minutes away, yet the room was very quiet. My room was spacious, very clean, and tastefully decorated, with a TV, coffee machine, air conditioning, fridge, and safe. The host was friendly, and booking and communication went smoothly. The shower could use a little touch-up, and a bathroom shelf would be handy, but those are minor suggestions. I had a very pleasant stay and would book again anytime.

You can't drive right up to the rooms, but the owner was helpful and friendly. The room was comfortable, quiet, and in a great spot near the center of everything in Split. It was nice, newly renovated, and comfortable.

A nice, very clean room.

Tastefully furnished and comfortable, though the missing mirror above the sink made shaving and putting in contact lenses difficult.
