Breakfast was great, and we could eat indoors or outside. The staff were all friendly and helpful, and the hotel feels like a calm little oasis, with a small but beautiful pool and a good gym. It’s a modern building and lovely and spotless inside, about a 30-minute walk from the centre of Split. There’s no bar or café or restaurant, so you’ll need to plan ahead for snacks and drinks. There is a minibar, though we’re all a bit wary of eating or drinking from those. Not having drink service or even a water fountain by the pool was a pretty big issue. I was told the pool service hadn’t started yet, but they could at least have a fountain or a fridge with bottled water. Such a pity, because otherwise the hotel is fab.

The suites are a 25-30 minute walk from the main part of Split. It’s an easy walk, and we did it quite a bit. Ubers cost us about £4 each time, so that wasn’t a big issue, though it could add up if you don’t want to walk. There are shops, cafés, beaches, and lovely restaurants nearby. My boyfriend and I stayed a couple of weeks ago. The place itself is lovely, our room was made up every day, and the reception staff were welcoming and friendly. We also got a complimentary bottle of champagne with the room.

The small pool area was nice, and there was no need to wait for a sunbed. The rooms were clean, and the service was friendly and helpful. Given the local accommodation options, this was exactly what I wanted. Thanks for a really enjoyable stay in Split.

The staff were friendly and helpful, and gave us tips and suggestions. There are plenty of nice restaurants nearby, plus a couple of beaches just a short walk away. The city centre is easy to reach by bus, with regular service taking about 10 minutes. Cheap day and multi-day tickets are available from the ticket machine. Our room was clean and spacious, with a balcony, a comfortable bed, and Ritual toiletries. The pool was big enough for the number of guests. Soundproofing could be better, though. We could hear everything in the corridor and traffic outside. Still, we had a positive stay!

The only part that fell short of five stars for me was the location. It’s not very close to the beach or the centre, though most places are just a short taxi ride away. A water machine by the pool would be a good addition. The apartments were spotless and modern, with a five-star standard of finish. The gym was very good, and breakfast was amazing.
