The reception and pool looked lovely when we arrived, but our room was a completely different story. The sheets and pillows were stained and visibly dirty, there was sand in the shower, and the cutlery and cups hadn’t been cleaned. I also found mold and water leak damage in a corner, plus marks on the walls that looked like a squashed bug someone had left there. We had a room with a pool, and it clearly wasn’t being cleaned. Construction outside was very noisy and made the stay unpleasant. We should’ve been told about it before arriving. Other places I’ve stayed have given us that information, and we would’ve reconsidered booking here. I was very disappointed and wouldn’t recommend it.

Sara and Livia were amazing. They gave us tips, helped arrange outings, and brought breakfast to our room each evening so we could eat early before our excursions. We’ve stayed at five-star and five-diamond resorts in Mexico and are used to top-notch hospitality, and this place held up. The main pool and bar had a great view and atmosphere, and the gym was just right for a quick workout. Our large suite at Gallery Suites felt like a second home, with its own pool, kitchen, and washing machine. It was beautiful, the bed was very comfortable, and the room was cleaned and restocked every other day. We’d booked for our nine-day trip to Split because this was the only place that could fit our whole stay, and it turned out to be one of the best choices of the vacation. Uber rides to The Riva Center were only 6-9 euro, less than we expected, and we met some lovely locals along the way. Staying outside the Center also meant quiet mornings without the church bells that ring at 6AM and 7AM. We definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Split.

We booked three nights as part of a short road trip and immediately wished we’d planned a longer stay. It was probably the nicest complex we’ve ever stayed in, peaceful and more like a retreat than a standard hotel. We had a spotless suite with a private pool and balcony, and everything we needed. They even refreshed the coffee pods every morning. The staff were wonderful and did everything they could to make the stay enjoyable. The room and main pool area both felt luxurious, so we cancelled some daytime plans just to enjoy the hotel. It’s close to Stobrec Beach, and central Split was about a seven-minute taxi ride away. We can’t wait to return, and we definitely will.

We chose to spend three days here after moving around a lot, and it was a perfect place to relax. The pool area was exceptional, with service available by the pool or in our room. Our ground-floor room was spacious, had amazing sea views, and gave us a strong feeling of security thanks to the extra bolts on the door. We never felt unsafe anywhere in Croatia, but appreciated the added detail. The staff were helpful and wonderful, and an Uber to Split cost just 6-8€. I’d strongly recommend this location if you want space at a reasonable price.
