UPDATE: You pretended you couldn't speak English, but you've done a pretty good job replying to my review. This wasn't listed as outdoor accommodation. We booked shared dorms. Don't try to pull the wool over my eyes. I have video proof of you kicking us out and saying you wanted us to sleep outside on an inflatable bed on a balcony. PLEASE DON'T BOOK THIS PLACE. IT'S HORRIBLE, AND THE MAN RUNNING IT IS VILE. DO NOT BOOK. SCAM! The owner was rude and came to 'reception' half dressed. He told us we'd booked a mattress on the floor, which we clearly hadn't. I reported it to hostelworld. He wanted us to pay more to stay in the bed we'd already paid a deposit for and booked. When we refused and asked to see the mattress, he kicked us out. He wouldn't show it to us because we hadn't paid. I recorded the whole thing. He kicked us out.

Communication before arrival was clear, and the team responded quickly and professionally. Check-in was very easy.

I complained to Hostelworld because this place is a SCAM! On July 18th, after booking a bed in a 10-bed room, I was shown a dirty mattress on the balcony. The owner wouldn't let me take a photo of it, but trust me, you don't want to sleep there. He is a liar who takes advantage of backpackers, and the balcony mattress isn't mentioned in the property description.

This hostel feels extremely unsafe, especially for women. Don't risk staying here. It should be closed immediately and investigated.
