The location is outstanding, and we had a great view from the room. Even on a warm afternoon, the cross ventilation was good, so we preferred that to the air conditioner. The room was good enough, the bathroom large enough for a stay, and the kitchen was well equipped, though we didn’t cook. Support responded to our calls. We’ll consider staying here next time we’re around Split.

The location was great, and the small place had some charm, but it smelled like piss the whole time. I couldn’t get in, so I contacted the host and she was horrific. She yelled at me and lectured me like a mom scolding a little kid for not following check-in instructions. They had never been sent, and I told her politely that I hadn’t received them. She shouldn’t be a host. She doesn’t act like a business lady.

The old town is a mesmerizing labyrinth, but I always found it easy to get back to the apartment. The room had everything you’d need in a bedroom, and the host was prompt and thorough, making it clear they were available to help.

The staff were friendly and easy to coordinate with, and the location was good too. Being able to pay by credit card was a huge plus while traveling. Nice apartment.

You can’t get there by car, which is the only downside. Park a ways away and walk if you want to avoid getting stuck on one-way streets.
