Ivo was so responsive and helpful, and his recommendations were spot on. He even drove us to the airport at the end. The room was clean, the location right in the centre of the old town was perfect, and the air conditioning worked amazingly in August’s extreme heat. We had a perfect stay and were very happy with the whole experience. Thanks again!

We had a great family trip here in March. The rooms were new, very clean, and comfortable, and Ivo was a caring host. It was my first time in Croatia, and I’ll definitely be back.

I booked in December, then four days before the stay I told them I couldn’t enter Croatia because of visa issues. My cancellation was just one day outside the free cancellation period, so I asked for a refund as a matter of decency or another workable solution. Ivo Tomic refused to help, was curt, and stuck to the policy. When I said I’d share my feedback, he accused me of blackmailing them. Other hotels I’d booked before Split refunded me even though I cancelled on the same day, and they were understanding about our unusual situation. Don’t expect empathy or help if something unforeseen comes up. Policy is one thing, but treating guests with respect is common sense.

The host was friendly and communication was great. The room was very nice, and despite the great location, it was quiet. Good value for the money.
