The apartment was clean, modern, and felt like home, with everything we needed for our short stay. It’s a short walk to the old town and close to Bacvice Beach. The staff were a real highlight, quick to help whenever we needed something, including bringing us beach towels when we didn’t have any. After our long flight, Luka made an early check-in possible so we could rest straight away. He also gave us a map and recommendations tailored to us, which made exploring Split much easier. Iris Oasis gave me the best accommodation experience I’ve ever had. Highly recommended for a visit to Split!

My son had booked this apartment weeks ahead and arrived this evening after a seven-hour bus journey. No host showed up to greet him, and his calls were completely ignored. Disgraceful and dangerous. Don’t book this apartment.

We were left on the street at night and had to find somewhere else to stay in Split. The host hadn’t replied for two days, and when we arrived at the flat, they ignored our calls and messages. Do not stay here.

An employee kindly showed us everything we needed to know when we arrived, including tips for trips. The room is very clean and comfortable, and at night it’s quiet inside the sleeping room, with no outside noise. We’re staying at Iris Oasis for our four days in Split, and it’s close to the city centre.

The room was spotless, and we could walk to the old town in under 10 minutes. But we’d booked an apartment and ended up in a tiny room instead. It seemed our neighbor got the apartment after arriving sooner. We stayed because we didn’t want to spend hours looking for somewhere else. The photos on Booking.com are outrageous, this place is hardly an oasis.
