The staff were incredibly kind, sincere, helpful, and welcoming, and Andy was especially gracious, funny, and kind. He and my husband even share a birthday. Kris (Chris?) helped us find a screwdriver so we could put together a child’s toy. Our room was amazing, with such unique views, and we loved being able to grab a drink at the bar in the open courtyard downstairs. It’s a gorgeous hotel in the heart of historic Split, and we’d 100000% return.

Carla at reception was especially warm and attentive, always ready to help. Andy and the rest of the team were just as friendly and professional, and clearly cared about making our stay comfortable and memorable. We had an amazing time at Judita Palace Heritage Hotel. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome and looked after, with a personal touch throughout. We left with a great impression and would highly recommend Judita Palace to anyone visiting Split.

That courtyard entrance and bar really stand out, and the rooms have an elegant feel. The staff are fantastic, too. Don’t skip breakfast, and be prepared for eggs because they clearly matter there. Andy gets mentioned in so many reviews for a reason. I’d guess he’s the soul of the Judita, a warm introduction to Croatian culture and his people’s dark comedic genius.

There’s no parking at the property because it’s a UNESCO heritage site, but the hotel arranged a spot a short go-kart ride away. We loved being right in the historic old town, with our room looking over “people’s square.” The windows kept the city noise out, so sleeping was no problem. Andy helped with our bags, and his humor, along with the hospitality from him, Carla, and the rest of the staff, made it feel like home. My husband and I loved our stay at Judita Palace and would highly recommend it.

The location in Split is excellent, and the breakfast and coffee were both very good. The rooms are charming, beautiful, and spotless, with a lovely atmosphere throughout the hotel. Andy and Carla are especially kind and go out of their way to help. Everything was so well managed. Five stars plus, I can’t imagine a better stay.
