The room itself was beautiful, spotless, smelled lovely, and had a really comfortable bed with two separate light duvets. I loved the bathroom too: the shower was great, and there were little bottles of shampoo, conditioner, and body lotion. The hair dryer worked fine, and the heated towel rail was handy. The shutters let us block out the sun or open them up, and the big TV above the bed had useful apps. We could also plug in our HDMI fire stick, and the Wi-Fi was fast and strong. Getting there took us a moment. From outside, it's the second door on the right, with the key in a lockbox. The room is at the very top, up 60 steps, and is number 1. Shops and restaurants are close, and the seafront is a 5-10 minute walk away. We had an amazing stay and would definitely recommend it.

The place is clean and small, probably under 100 square feet, and seems best for a night or two. The host was nice when we happened to meet. We heard a constant fan-like noise from the bathroom vent, which could use a clean, and I was sneezing all night. Getting checked in was stressful for a few minutes because we weren't told the full process or what to expect, and didn't have the lockbox code for the front door. Once inside, be ready for the climb: all the rooms are on the top, fourth floor. It's about a five-minute walk to downtown. We wanted coffee at Kava and the best croissant in town.

The room's bathtub was the standout for me, and the rain shower and box-spring bed were great too. Everything felt perfect, from the beautiful room to its location. The town centre is just three minutes away on foot, with the beach only a little farther. We spent nine days here and really wished we could have stayed longer.
