The room and bathroom were very clean, and the little balcony was lovely. It’s pretty and small, but arranged thoughtfully with everything you need. The location is perfect, about a 5-minute walk from the historic center.

Check-in was simple, and the host communicated well. The room looked just like the photos, clean, modern, and equipped with everything needed for a good stay. It’s a quick walk from the port, with plenty of good restaurants, shops, and a grocery store nearby. I had a wonderful time and would book again. I’d recommend it to anyone.

The property manager was easy to communicate with, and everything in Old Town was within easy walking distance. The room was lovely and clean, with a more spacious bathroom. We’ll definitely come back!

The host communicated really well, and both the building and room were easy to find. It was walkable to anywhere, and the room was clean. Still, I’m giving it three stars because the room was very small, with nowhere set aside to open luggage, and sound carried badly from the corridor. I also couldn’t find any smoke or fire detectors. There wasn’t anything luxurious about it.

I stayed three nights at Luxury Rooms Fetivi in Split and really enjoyed it. The apartment was clean, modern, and spacious, with a great spot near the city center. The staff were friendly and accommodating, which made things comfortable. Highly recommend!
