At 11 PM I was locked out and had no way to get back in, so I had to find another hotel. I don’t see how this place gets such good reviews. It’s far too expensive for a run-down building with mold, almost no water pressure, poor linens, no amenities or service, and no views.

Everything was so clean, the internet was fast, and the view over Bacvice beach was incredible. The rooms are amazing. Hopefully I can stay again next summer. Thanks, Antonella!! ❤️

So close to both the beach and town, and everyone was very friendly. Absolutely fantastic, I’d definitely come back.

We switched after two days to a room with a balcony, which my daughter and I liked better. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and secure. The location is very central, just a few steps from the beach and about ten minutes from Split’s old town, with plenty of shops, restaurants, and cafés. The landlady was super friendly and gave us really good tips. I’d come back anytime.

We stayed with Antonella in Spit again for a second year. Green Park Luxury Rooms are immaculate, beautifully presented, and great value. Being close to the beach, port, and city centre makes it just right for us.
