It's simple, spotless, relaxing, and has all the necessities. The bed smelled fresh and clean, and the shower had good hot water and pressure. After hundreds of apartments and hotels, I'd say this is one of the best. It's very close to the Riva and old city, so you feel right there without all the foot traffic outside your door. I'd definitely stay again on my next visit.
Ridiculously good value, even though I visited off season in late February. The room was great, in what must originally have been a huge apartment. It had an ensuite, fridge, and safe, plus the promised sea views, though the window didn't look straight onto the promenade and port. Ivana was friendly and really helpful, especially with suggestions for where to eat. 10/10.
The breakfast at the nearby restaurant was quite nice. Our room was clean and a decent size, but the soundproofing was really poor, especially at the door. You could hear all the hallway noise through it.
The location is brilliant, and the room has everything you could ask for in Split. The soundproofing could be better, though.
It's hard to stay any closer to the sea or city centre. The staff were friendly, and the balcony had a nice view 😉
