The location was great, just a few minutes’ walk from the city centre and supermarkets. Getting into the building was another story. The hotel is tucked inside an apartment building, and when we arrived after booking through an agency, we hadn’t received the entry code by email. I couldn’t reach the hotel, but some locals in the building helped us. Once inside, nobody was at reception, and there was only a keycard left on the counter. There was an odd smell in the room, and I found hairs on the bed and floor.

The only small drawback was the nearby public parking, which cost about 25 euros for 24 hours. Otherwise, our stay was more than worth the price. Split is beautiful, though the room was so lovely we could have stayed in it. We had a stylish, very spacious superior triple room that looked barely used, plus a well-equipped bathroom with Rituals products. The manager made check-in easy, friendly, and informative, with details about the room and local restaurants. Breakfast was included at a restaurant nearby, and the accommodation is about 300 metres from the old town.

The friendly host made us feel welcome, and the rooms were nicely decorated and really well equipped. It’s right by Split Old Town, so exploring on foot is easy. We’d definitely book here again.

Srdjan took such good care of us throughout our stay. The room had plenty of space, a beautiful bathroom, and a great TV, and the location was ideal. We really appreciated the excellent service.
