They kept everything spotlessly clean and were quick to help with whatever we needed, including assistance from the parking lot and back. They also offered us coffee and bottles of mineral water whenever they saw us. We did have a hot water problem, but it was sorted out quickly and we received compensation.

Carla made a huge difference to our stay. Her introduction to the city and restaurant suggestions were excellent, and she arranged tours, dinner reservations, and an early breakfast for us. She checked in for feedback and clearly cared about how things were going. Everyone on staff was friendly and professional. Coming from another country with a rental car, we called ahead about parking. They gave us the parking address and had someone meet us to help with our bags on the short walk to the hotel. The room and bathroom were comfortable, with cold AC. In the historic centre, the hotel has been renovated with modern amenities while keeping its old walls and charm. Murum is the Latin word for wall. I've stayed in hotels all over the world, and Carla was the most thorough, responsive, and informative person I've met. The ratings are deserved. Highly recommended!

The staff are the standout here, so kind and helpful, and they really do go out of their way to make sure you have a good stay. The rooms are beautiful, with the Palace walls left exposed, and the hotel sits inside Diocletian Palace, just minutes from important sights and great restaurants. A distinctive little boutique hotel. I'd highly recommend it.

We arrived without our luggage after a terrible journey and feeling stressed. Adriajana and the rest of the staff were so kind and helpful. The hotel is right in the old town centre, which is a perfect location. Our room was stylish and comfortable, and breakfast had a delicious range to choose from. We loved staying here and would highly recommend it.
