We were so disgusted by the whole stay. My partner and I left after just one night of the three we had booked because it was that bad. We’d arrived in the evening and had nowhere else to go at the time. The bed was awful and uncomfortable, and we woke up with itchy skin. It looked nothing like the booking.com photos. The room also had holes in the walls and skirting board, no bin, barely any toilet paper, and just one towel for the two of us. It was a loft right above reception, so it was noisy and felt unsafe. The room key was difficult to use, and the Nuki system for the outside door didn’t seem to work. The showers were disgusting, and the basement dorm area looked very dark. The rest of the place seemed dirty and poorly maintained. While we were waiting for the receptionist to show us around, they didn’t turn up for a few minutes. The reception is the kitchen shown in the pictures, but the receptionist’s spot is hidden. When the receptionist did appear, they were eating in a way that seemed very unprofessional. The neighborhood looked more unsafe than it had on Google maps. There were strange people outside the hostel, graffiti around, and a lot of noise. I’d give this zero stars if I could. I don’t know how this accommodation has so many positive reviews. Avoid it, it was absolutely horrible. DO NOT STAY HERE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.
