The owner is really nice and happy to help with anything, just ask. The apartment has everything you need, including laundry, a dishwasher, a good shower, and a kitchen for cooking. It’s a three-minute walk to the sea and some lovely beaches, and the old town is about a 10-minute Uber ride away. There are parking spots too. The pool on the ground level belongs to the apartment there, so you’d need to rent that flat if you want to use it. There’s a restaurant in the building, and sometimes you can hear music. I live in a city, so I found the area mostly quiet and slept well. I’d definitely book again next time I’m in Split.

We had such a lovely stay and can’t wait to come back. The apartment was beautiful, the host was very kind, and there’s a delicious restaurant right next door. The beach is just steps away. Thanks for everything!

The balcony, with its wooden furniture, was beautiful, and the neighborhood was very quiet. There’s an excellent restaurant on the first floor, with good quality and prices. We had one of our best meals of the trip there. Ubers were plentiful and cheap from here, about 5 euro to anywhere in town. The host was friendly and courteous. He met us at the car, walked us to the room, and checked that it was clean and had everything we needed. He arranged ahead for cleaners and restocking, gave us maps and recommendations, and replied quickly. The kitchen was fully stocked with an oven, microwave, fridge and freezer, bowls, glasses, utensils, a water boiler, coffee, and tea. There were slippers, robes, towels, soap, shampoo, razors, shaving cream, and everything else you’d need to live. I’d definitely stay here again if I return.

The apartment was new and very nice, with a lovely view and just a few minutes’ walk down the hill to the beach. There was plenty of parking, which is great since many hotels don’t offer it. The staff were friendly, and we enjoyed the breakfast and coffee. I’d recommend it!
