The breakfast was excellent, and the service there was attentive. Across the hotel, the staff were professional and welcoming. Reception was always friendly and helpful, housekeeping did a great job each day, and the bar team looked after us well too. I stayed 11 days and felt comfortable the whole time. Service was outstanding from start to finish, and I'd definitely recommend Palazzo President in Split. I'm sure I'll come back.

The hotel team made our 10-day stay feel special from the start. Everyone was kind, attentive and compassionate, and went out of their way to make us feel cared for. Roko at the front desk always greeted us warmly and arranged thoughtful surprises for our anniversary and birthday. At breakfast, Pavo brought kindness and humour to each morning. Ljubica, the manager, checked on us daily and even sang Happy Birthday, a lovely touch. Antea and Antonela made check-in and check-out easy, were personable day to day, and suggested some of their favourite local restaurants. The restaurant was another highlight, with delicious meals presented beautifully. Our room was clean, and the beds were comfortable. The location was convenient for exploring, about a 10-minute walk to the Old Town and waterfront. We're grateful to the whole team and would highly recommend Palazzo President. We hope to return!

The staff really made this hotel feel like home. I came down with the flu during my trip, and they took such good care of me. The rooms are spacious, and the atmosphere is lovely, with art throughout the hotel. The cosmetics were so good that I used everything provided instead of my usual travel products. It's rare to find genuine five-star service in a Croatian hotel, and this one was truly amazing. I could keep praising it, but you'll have to experience it yourself. Highly recommended!

We had a lovely weekend here with our 8-month-old baby. The staff were kind and professional, and quickly sorted out a small issue with our room in a pleasant way. We could walk into the city centre, so there was no need to use the car. Breakfast was delicious, and the rooms are new and beautifully renovated. They provided a baby cot with brand-new bedding, which was a nice touch. Everything was spotless and comfortable. The bathroom could be designed a bit more stylishly for a hotel of this level, but we'd definitely come back.

The location made getting to Old Town and nearby restaurants easy, and we’d happily book here again. The room was roomy, with little cookies or chocolates left after cleaning, sometimes even when we were still there around 3-4pm. Breakfast was a real highlight: lots of choices, delicious, and made fresh to order with a fine-dining feel. The staff were kind and always greeted us warmly. They also made my husband’s birthday trip feel special with a handwritten note and a lovely cake and champagne. 🤩🫶
