The view from the top is amazing, and the host is kind. The location is really good too. On a budget, I’d rate it 10/10. The kitchen has all you need to cook, including spices, oil, and pans. Bathrooms are clean, beds are comfy. Give it a try!

I was there in August, when everything seemed overbooked and chaotic. My own four-night stay was all right, though perhaps it’s better in the off season. What really spoiled it was seeing other guests kicked out, moved to worse rooms, and shouted at by staff. The rooftop was great for hanging out and meeting other travelers, so that gets my one star.

I stayed for one night in August 2017, and it was the worst hostel experience I’ve had. The rooms and bathrooms were dirty, the doors weren’t locked, and staff were usually nowhere around. The staff member, who I suspect was the owner, was extremely unhelpful and seemed interested in guests only until they’d paid. Don’t be tempted by the low price, it wasn’t worth it. I really can’t recommend staying here.

Good value for the price. The staff were friendly and filled us in on what we needed to know about the city. The rooms were fine, with good AC and fairly comfortable beds. The kitchen and toilet were good too.
