UNACCEPTABLE. When we arrived yesterday, nobody was there to meet us. We waited outside the door and tried calling, but got no answer. After 15 minutes, a very kind woman on her way to the beach recognized you and stopped to help us get into the room. We were lucky she came along. And the place isn't a hotel as the website says, just a room, and absolutely not 3 stars. There was no shampoo or shower gel, and the bathroom was so tiny you could barely move. That's only a detail, though. The worst part came later: you needed photos of our passports, but instead of messaging, calling, or coming to see us, you sent someone to bang loudly on the door at 8:00 in the morning to get them. That welcome was completely unacceptable and lamentable. We've never experienced anything like it or been welcomed that way before.

Calling this a hotel doesn't fit. It's a tiny room tucked into a narrow alley, which smells of urine and gets hardly any natural light. There was no kitchen, breakfast, or wardrobe. Wires were hanging loose from the wall, the bathroom was very small, and it had no shelves.

The room was good and just what we expected. Super friendly contact, highly recommended!
