Davor, the host, arranged our airport transfer and made it smooth. He also shared lots of tips about places to visit during our stay. The room was clean and comfortable, and the accommodation is right in the heart of the old town. Step outside the main door and you’re in the bustle, with loads of great restaurants and bars nearby. I’d definitely recommend it and will come back.

Everything is nearby from this well-located room in downtown Split. The owner gave us great service and was kind, genuinely interested in making our stay good, and acted as a guide. He shared lots about Split and Croatia, plus plenty of tips. If you’re after a nice room in the heart of Split with a professional host, I strongly recommend choosing this place.

We stayed in August 2018. The owner met us at the door, was very friendly, and gave us a quick introduction to Split with restaurant and activity suggestions. The apartment itself is small, and the nearby fish market can make the smell challenging at times. The air conditioning was weak, and the outdoor balcony area wasn’t really usable. The location is ideal, though, steps from a nice square full of restaurants and then Diocletian's Palace. The Riva avenue and ferry docks are also just a 10-15 minute walk away. Great location, so-so apartment.

The owner was lovely and met us when we got in, with some great restaurant recommendations. The room was comfortable and had everything we needed. Prior suites was a great base for our quick visit to split, close to everything. We’d stay again.
