We were delighted with how clean our room was. It had lovely natural light and was thoughtfully laid out. Anna welcomed us so warmly, which made the stay even more special. Procurator 7 Luxury Rooms sits right on Republic Square in a beautiful UNESCO-listed heritage building. From there, the Riva Promenade, Diocletian’s Palace, and the lively old town are just steps away, while the room felt like a calm retreat from all the activity. The historic style and modern comforts fit together seamlessly, and for a luxury stay in such a central, peaceful spot, the value is exceptional. One thing to know: there’s no lift, as with many historic buildings nearby, so take lighter luggage or bring someone ready to help carry it. It’s easy to forget about the stairs once you’re inside the hallway! This was one of the highlights of our Croatian adventure. We can’t recommend the place enough and would return in a heartbeat. Five stars!

The location puts you right in the center, close to everything, and the room was elegant and clean. The staff were friendly and helpful. Outside, it gets pretty noisy, especially at night, but shut the window and you can’t hear it. You’ll need to run the AC with the windows closed because the room gets like an oven. That was probably the only downside.

The staff were nice and did their best to help, and the location is great, very close to the city center. These are modern apartments in an otherwise old hotel building, with a very nice design, though some things don’t work well. For example, the water heater’s power socket isn’t accessible. The Wi-Fi is quite slow, and there’s no breakfast. I didn’t try the TV.

The room itself is good, but this is an apartment, not a hotel, and it doesn’t have hotel services. There are only four rooms, no proper working reception, and the receptionist, who is sweet, is only around for a few hours during the day.

We stayed in room 102, a quiet spot in the old town. It was very clean and well maintained. One of the best places to stay.
