Riva Luxury Suites

The huge private terrace was easily my favorite part. We also got breakfast vouchers for a restaurant a block away, which was a lovely extra. The harbor and promenade views are incredible, and the room itself was clean, with a very comfortable bed and pillows. Some was a very accommodating host. It’s a large room with an upstairs terrace and a big bathroom and tub area, rather than an apartment or a hotel. There’s no kitchen, just a mini-fridge. For a short stay, though, it worked perfectly, and the location is excellent. A few things to know before booking: the promenade stays noisy even in the middle of the night, so it may not suit light sleepers. The curtains let light through, and the promenade lighting brightens the room all night, so it’s also not a good fit if you need total darkness. There’s no elevator either, and the three flights of stairs are steep and narrow with luggage. If those things are fine for you, it’s a perfect place.

Breakfast is included, with a voucher for every day and a choice of Zinfandel or Brasserie on 7. Both meals were delicious! 🤩 The suite looks out over the riva, but we barely heard any noise, which was great. It’s in a lovely spot with an incredible view, and daily cleaning, including fresh towels and dishwashing, is covered by the price. Check-in with Ante and check-out with Roko both went smoothly. They were really nice and helpful, and Roko also shared suggestions for the rest of our travels outside Split.

Right by the waterfront and close to restaurants, shops, and bars, this magnificent apartment made my stay in Split memorable. The suite is amazing and worth the climb. Roko was a genuinely welcoming, friendly, and helpful host. Thanks!

The Luxury Suite with its private rooftop terrace was the best place we stayed on our whole trip through Slovenia, Montenegro, and Croatia. The view from up there over the seafront promenade is hard to beat. Even with all the glowing pictures and reviews, it still blew us away. It’s right beside the ancient palace and faces the sea, and Roko gave us excellent suggestions for our stay. If you’re looking for a place in Split, we can’t imagine finding better. We can’t wait to return!
