3.5 stars. The owner was lovely and pointed us toward good places to eat and visit. The location is also great, close to attractions, shops, the harbour and restaurants. Our room was tiny but nicely decorated, with air conditioning. It had what we needed, though some things weren't very practical, like having nowhere to hang the shower head. The bed wasn't comfortable for me. There were hardly any wall outlets, so power strips were plugged into other power strips for the TV, fridge and electric stove. Behind the bed, the outlet and wires were hanging out of the wall. The electrical setup could be safer and better. Also, payment is cash only.

The location they advertise as central is actually farther from the ferry terminal and palace. You only get the real location after booking.

We stayed in a cozy apartment right in the city centre. Even with all the New Year's Eve bustle, Iris made sure we had everything and showed us around. Highly recommend for a short stay in Split.

For the price, this was a very good room, and it was really clean. The shower had good hot water. The owner was very friendly and shared lots of tips, including a nearby restaurant that turned out to be excellent.
