Seaview Luxury Retreat

The location was excellent for the tours leaving from the port, which you can see from the living room. It’s not right in the old town, but the few-minute walk along the water is easy, and having a water view from the apartment is a real plus. Karlo welcomed us, helped with our bags, and shared lots of restaurant recommendations that saved us time researching. We stayed in the deluxe studio, which was super clean and tidy and very comfortable. The kitchen had everything you’d need to make breakfast, lunch, or dinner, handy if you want to use the local markets. If you’re booking a place in Split, stay here!

We loved our three-night stay. The apartment was nicely decorated and very clean, and you’re just a minute’s walk from the Riva promenade and palace area. There are lots of nearby restaurants with yummy food. Definitely a place to stay!

The apartment was beautiful, neat, and very clean, with what we thought was the best view of Split. The host was super helpful and had plenty of recommendations, and self check-in was easy. There are plenty of restaurants nearby. We’d stay again! Getting there means climbing 93 steps, so it may not suit anyone with poor mobility or really heavy bags. Street parking out front is limited and paid, either by the full day or in two-hour blocks. The closest ‘free’ street parking is about a five-minute walk uphill.

I was disappointed by this tiny, Airbnb-like place. Some bathroom features were broken, and we could hear everything happening in the rooms next door. The location was good. After I left an honest review, I was bombarded with messages trying to bribe me to remove it because it was affecting someone’s income. I don’t like being blackmailed over an honest account of my stay. Think twice before booking.
