Seven Seas Residence

The hotel is small, with just 7 rooms, and everything was fresh and very clean. We stayed in the sky room for 4 days, which had two terraces and a nice bubble bath on one of them. Breakfast was one of the best we've had. It's a small spread, but has everything you want. The center of Split is about a 10-minute walk away. We'll be back!

The service really made the stay for me. On arrival, the receptionist offered water or juice, gave us a city map, and suggested some good nearby restaurants. The rooms were spacious and clean, with air conditioning that worked perfectly. Seven Seas Residence is a short walk from the beach and close to all the amenities. One thing to keep in mind if you book the sky deck: in high winds the jacuzzi may not heat properly, since there's no cover. Even so, this is one of the best hotels I've stayed in, thanks to the service and the overall experience.

The continental breakfast was good quality, though it doesn't start until 8am, which is too late for some day trips leaving Split. Staff were kind and welcoming. When a room had loud music one night, they got it quiet within minutes. We had a standard double on the ground floor. It was basic but modern and spotlessly clean, with air conditioning and a mini fridge. Staff kindly let us check in early after our early arrival in split. Rooms also have Netflix, which was nice for half an hour before bed. The old town and Riva are about an 8-minute walk away, and I'm not very fit. It's all uphill coming back, so with luggage in hot weather, an Uber from the old town could be a good idea. It cost 4-5 euros in May, so very cheap. Google maps made the place easy to find on foot. I'd definitely recommend it and happily stay again. Thanks for our stay!
