I got sick and needed a nearby hospital visit, which meant I missed my flight home. I urgently needed a room, and luckily this place still had one available. The staff were understanding and helpful, and spoke practically fluent English. My room was well equipped and very clean, with good air conditioning and insulation. I got a good night's sleep and was able to catch a flight the next day. A great experience.

Elena greeted us with a smile each morning and made sure breakfast ran smoothly. She and all the breakfast staff were great. Petra and Ivana on reception deserve a special mention too. We spent a week at this wonderful hotel, where breakfast and service were fantastic. The staff did everything they could to make our holiday enjoyable. The beach is 10 minutes away, and the town centre is a 25-minute walk or 10 minutes by bus. If I return to Split, I'd choose this hotel without a doubt. Well done, everybody, and keep up the great work!

I got sick, and the staff brought us hot tea and let us check out late for free. Everyone was really wonderful and welcoming. The location is perfect, close to an amazing beach, and the breakfast and super comfy lobby were great too.

The place itself could have been nice, but the service ruined the experience for me. A few staff members, especially some of the cleaners, were rude and unprofessional. It felt as if guests were just a bother. I wouldn't want to come back.
