The room was spotless and spacious enough for two, with good value for the price and a location I’d happily choose again. It’s about a five-minute walk to the center and ten minutes to the bus stop. Just be aware that the apartment is up four flights of stairs with no lift. I had a backpack, so that was fine for me. A mini fridge, kettle, and microwave would have been handy, but they weren’t essential.
Everything in the apartment worked as it should, and it was clean. The location is the big plus, right across from the old town’s north gate in Split. Getting there means climbing to the third floor of an old building, which is a haul with luggage. Parking takes some care too: there’s no dedicated guest lot, just street parking or a tiny nearby lot that’s awkward to maneuver in unless you have a small car or are a very confident driver.
We only stayed one night, but Suki was welcoming and let us leave our bags both before check-in and after checkout. The apartment is on the third floor, with stairs and no lift. Inside, the rooms were clean and modern, the air conditioning was strong, and there were plenty of sockets and large wardrobes. The bathroom facilities were great too. We’d stay again.
The hosts were really attentive and helpful. The room was on the small side, but clean and comfortable, and the location was fantastic.
The standout here is how close it is to Diocletian's Palace. We found free parking about a five-minute walk away. The apartment is a clean, fairly basic, practical option for a short stay in Split, and the hosts were flexible and easy to reach.
