The location is a big plus, about a 10-minute walk to the city centre, and the shutters made it a decent place to sleep. The room is fine if you’re mostly out exploring and just coming back to shower. There’s a small fridge, which helps because ants wander around the table, so don’t leave food out. The walls seem to do little to block sound, and you can hear people walking outside your room. If you wake easily, keep that in mind. Also, when the boiler in the toilet is heating water, it makes aircraft-engine noises all night. Shut that door before bed or it’ll be impossible to rest. Self check-in was fine, but we had a question about the room key card. When the owner came in person, he didn’t seem happy to explain it. It turned out to be a simple misunderstanding after his instructions. The stay was decent overall, especially if you’re spending the day out.

The secure entry made it easy to come and go, and I liked being left to myself while travelling. The room was great, the shower was good, and the apartment stayed pretty cool. It’s in a quiet area with a couple of stores nearby, and the walk downhill to the main centre takes about 10 minutes. I’ve been here a couple of days and am super happy. I’d stay here again in Split. Thanks for offering a place this good at that price. Sorry I missed the apartment number at first, I was disoriented and looking for a sign 🤣

Right by the old town, pubs, and restaurants, so the location’s perfect. The rooms have a nice design and plenty of different lighting options, so you can find the mood you want. Just one kettle for everyone, though, and it disappeared into someone else’s room for a day. There weren’t any spoons either. We had a bit of trouble with self check-in, but it got sorted in the end. Remember to contact the host before you arrive. Recommended 👍🏻 👍🏻 👍🏻

Everything was prepared properly, and staying here was a real pleasure. I just wish the accommodation had cost less.
