The room was really cold because the air conditioning hadn't been set for winter, and there weren't many amenities. There’s no parking, so budget for a daily fee, around 10 euros. I’d suggest zone 3.

Even with the main tourist spots right nearby, the rooms stayed quiet. They were spacious and clean, and the staff were quick to respond and helpful. The Old Town of Split is right next door.

Margareta was lovely and gave us helpful ideas for things to see and do. The apartment is close to Split’s main area, and the rooms are comfortable and adequate. Hot water is shared between the three apartments, so shower early if you want it hot.

The building has a traditional exterior, while the apartment inside is modern, beautiful, and clean. The bus and train stations, as well as the entrance to the old town, are all just a 2-5 minute walk away.

Check-in was easy, with plenty of information about the city. The room was clean and comfortable, and the location was great.
