There are a lot of stairs and no lift, so carrying our cases up left me exhausted. You’ll want to be reasonably fit to manage them. Once you’re in, though, it’s a nice little apartment in a fantastic location, with everything needed for a short stay.

Our room looked out onto a busy pedestrian street, but the soundproofing was very good and it stayed quiet. The staff were helpful and accommodating, and we really enjoyed our short stay.

Our friends were told to leave just after checking in because they had “too much luggage,” one big bag and two small ones each. The staff were very rude and unfriendly. I’ve never had anything like that happen before.

The owner is easy to reach by phone and was flexible about check-in and check-out times. The location is fantastic, and the decor and fixtures have been updated. Highly recommend!

It’s a handy place to stay in Split’s old town. The port, where you can join sea trips, is very close, and it’s about an eight-minute walk to the other side of the old town.
