Split Summer Lounge Apartments

Kristine, the owner, was so lovely and helpful. She stopped by twice during our weeklong stay, bringing clean towels and restocking the fridge with beer and fruit. She also shared tips for getting around Split and places to visit. The apartment was clean and very nice, with a little kitchen. On arrival, the fridge had beer, wine, fresh fruit, and a plate of assorted cheese and ham. There were toiletries in the bathroom and lots of fresh towels, so no need to bring your own toiletries. Split Centre is about a ten-minute walk away, and everything is close by. The ferry to the islands and the bus station are each about a fifteen-minute walk. We absolutely loved it and can’t recommend it enough.

The location worked really well, a short distance from the centre and close to a great park. Kristina was accommodating, and the apartment was fantastic, with a fully stocked fridge and some lovely bathroom extras. The service was great, and cleaning was available on request. All in all, a great stay with lovely owners.

I’ve never stayed anywhere quite like this. The host’s care for guests really impressed me, and I was grateful for all the thoughtful things the other host had prepared too. Everything you need is there, from ingredients for a meal if you have bread and salad to cotton swabs and toothpicks. We only booked two days, which felt too short. I was happy with the price as well. This is the best of the best.

There’s no parking, not even paid parking, which caused a real problem: our car was towed. The owner was very helpful in sorting it out. The apartment is small, reasonably priced, and conveniently close to the city center, with all the equipment needed for a comfortable stay.
