The apartment is compact, but had everything we needed for our few nights in Split. We could walk easily to all the attractions from its spot right in the middle of the old town. The bed was especially big and comfortable. We’d definitely stay here again if we return to Split.

We found Stipan to be really good value. Our room was comfortable, with a roomy bed, and there was space for either a short visit or a longer stay. It’s just minutes from the centre and right by some of the best restaurants.

We arrived later than agreed, and the owner was flexible about it. The room was comfortable, clean, and well equipped. The location worked well for us once we got our bearings, with the centre nearby and grocery stores, restaurants, and the Riva promenade about a 5-minute walk away. If you’re driving, there are two parking areas within easy reach. Remember to pay.

We loved chatting with Stipan about Split’s wonderful culture, and his upbeat energy was a great way to begin our Croatian adventure. He’s the best host, and his place is in a gorgeous part of the city. It was clean, comfortable, and in an excellent location. Thanks for such a great stay, Stipan. We’ll be back soon!

The host was kind, the room was clean, and the location was great. The kitchen especially had everything we needed.
