The location is good, but that's about it. This was advertised as luxury and it's anything but. The TV doesn't work, the bed sags in the middle and is really uncomfortable, and the bathroom is so tiny you can't turn around. The place is very shabby, despite the shabby chic label. There are steep, dark stairs to haul yourself and your luggage up and down. Avoid this place.

Perla is right in the center of split, which makes it an ideal spot for tourists. You can't beat that location.

The room was freezing and small, with lots of dust, and the bed was uncomfortable. The service was a disaster, and the rooms are nowhere near luxurious. The stairwell is narrow and unsuitable for strollers. We won't stay at Splitska perlu again. This is far from luxury.

Location is the one good thing about this accommodation, so it gets 1 star for that. The rooms were dirty and the staff were very rude. Service and cleanliness get 0 stars. Thanks, but never again.

It's a lovely, spacious apartment with everything you need. It's on the fourth floor, though, so you need to be comfortable walking.
