We were there from the end of April into the first week of May, and the location was ideal, just a short walk from Split's main attractions. The room suited us well, and we got good suggestions for nearby places to eat. Milana was sweet and attentive, making things easy and adding a personal touch. We had a wonderful stay together. Our room did have hot water, but it came from a small private tank, so it didn't last long. That didn't bother us or take away from the visit. These are OLD buildings, and I appreciated that the room had its own tank. I've seen comments about hot water, so it's something to keep in mind. We'd happily return to Theatre Luxury Rooms and recommend it.

At Theatre Luxury Rooms, the room was clean, but too small for my wife and baby, and the cot couldn't be used. We also had to take out the bins ourselves. When we raised our concerns, the owner's reply felt dismissive. I've attached his messages so people can see how he treats guests. We're posting this to help others decide whether to stay.

We stayed over a weekend from late April into early May. The hostess waited up for our late arrival and was very accommodating. The place was the cleanest I've stayed in, and hot water ran around the clock, despite some comments saying otherwise. Right in the city center, it's easy to reach everything, yet quiet at night. We were told it would be less humid here than inside the castle, which made it the better choice. Split is wonderful!

Milana was friendly and really helpful in making our Split trip a good one. We also enjoyed the cute terrace, and the comfortable rooms were very clean. You're right in the heart of Split Old Town, just a few minutes on foot from the main sights and good restaurants. A perfect spot for exploring.

Good for a stopover, all in all. The room was great and dark, with a fantastic shower that could use a few screws. Check-in is at 2 pm.
