The basement spa was a real highlight, with a heated pool, jacuzzi, Turkish sauna, and Finnish sauna. It was such a nice way to unwind each day. The hotel is about a 15 minute walk from the palace and port, close to everything but far enough away to stay quiet. Our room was spacious and very clean, with a lovely balcony, and housekeeping was wonderful. Breakfast was included, plentiful, and a great start before sightseeing. There was indoor and outdoor seating too. If I come back to Split, I’d definitely stay here again! ☆☆☆☆☆

I had to cancel my Booking.com reservation at Time Boutique Hotel in Split because of an unexpected obligation. The booking terms said it was non-refundable and that I should be charged the full amount, but the hotel let me cancel without a fee. I’m very grateful for their understanding, flexibility, and professional, humane treatment. It says a lot about the hotel and its staff. I’d gladly recommend Time Boutique Hotel to anyone visiting Split, and it’ll be my first choice when I’m next in the city.

Getting around the city was easy from the hotel, and breakfast had lots to choose from and tasted great. The atmosphere was stylish but relaxing, and my room was modern, spotless, and comfortable. The staff were welcoming, professional, and ready to help whenever I needed something. I had a great stay and would happily come back.

I arrived with a confirmed reservation backed by my credit card, only to be told that I had canceled it three months after booking. When I asked them to show proof, they printed out a sheet showing that the hotel had canceled it. They were fully booked, so I ended up sleeping with my sister and her husband. It was a pretty awful way to finish our vacation.

My friend and I visited Split but didn’t stay at the hotel. We went to the wellness center and really enjoyed it. The staff were friendly and showed us to the changing rooms. Everything was very clean and top notch, including the mid-sized pool, hot tub, two saunas, and steam room. The showers were large, and there was even a machine for drying swimsuits. I’d definitely go back.
