Villa Dube

The private courtyard is lush, green, and peaceful, a lovely place to retreat after exploring Split. The old city is easy to reach along a beautiful pathway, and bakeries, the green market, and the local Tommy's are all close by. Davor and Dube were amazing hosts, sharing inside knowledge about the best places to go. Before sailing the islands, we stayed here with both apartments alongside our adult children and friends. On our second visit we had only the lower apartment, and everything worked just as smoothly. We’ll be back next time we’re in Split.

The historic center and port are both nearby, and the apartment is good value. Upstairs, it’s spacious, clean, and has everything you need. There’s also a lovely dining spot in the interior courtyard.

The hosts were available whenever we needed them and gave us plenty of useful tips about the city and its different beaches. The apartment itself was elegant, clean, and fully equipped. I was completely satisfied with everything and would definitely recommend it.

You get a peaceful private garden with vine shade and sweet grapes, while still being just a few streets from Bačvica beach and the center. Diocletian's Palace, restaurants, clubs, and museums are all close by. The property is a cultural monument, a stone house with two modern apartments. They have wireless Internet, dishwashers, washing machines, air conditioning, satellite LED TV, designer furniture, and comfortable garden furniture. It has what you need for a dream holiday, with the feel of a quiet garden retreat in a top tourist destination.
