We really loved the place, and it's an easy walk to Split's main centre. The owner, Nikola, was very helpful. The home worked well for our family of 7 or 8, with a fully equipped kitchen, three spacious bedrooms, a large living area and two washrooms 😊.

The photos of the nice apartments upstairs gave us the wrong impression when we booked. Our room was tiny, had no window or fridge, and came with a ton of flies at no extra charge.

There wasn't enough hot water for two showers, and there's no parking as advertised. I woke at 5am to a man throwing up in the bathroom upstairs; it sounded like he was right next to me. The tiny room smelled horribly of cigarettes as soon as we walked in, even though Booking specified no smoking. Ash residue was stuck inside the glasses, so we couldn't even drink water from them.

A few minutes' walk gets you to the beach or city center, and the large terrace has welcome shade from a tree. The place is spacious and cosy, in a quiet area, with great service and good value.
