I rented the property long-term from the owner, Keti Raguz, with a standard signed contract. The contract made maintenance the owner's responsibility and expense, but they refused to take care of it. When the lease ended, they withheld part of my security deposit as a cleaning fee, saying the apartment wasn’t clean enough. They asked if I’d hired professional cleaners and whether I’d cleaned the mattresses, though neither was required by the contract or any verbal agreement. Their communication with me and the realtor was rude, starting after I said I wouldn’t renew the lease. My lawyer explained the legal position and provided evidence that the apartment was clean and maintenance was their responsibility, but they didn’t respond or return the full deposit.

Booking here was a really good call. The place was so fresh and clean, and the pool was almost always empty. It’s in an amazing location, with easy access to everywhere. Keti looked after the place so well and was always happy to answer questions. The jacuzzi room is a lovely special touch! Yesssss! 🔥

This was our third year spending a family holiday at Vila Keti, and it was amazing as always ❤️. We rented two apartments this time and had two wonderful weeks. The apartments are great, there’s parking, and the pool and gym are the cherry on top. Keti is a kind, wonderful host who can offer advice when needed. We had a fantastic week at Vila Keti and made the most of the wellness suite and facilities. It’s a great place to unwind, with beautiful views and relaxing surroundings. The villa was fantastic and the host was amazing. You can walk to the sea, beautiful beaches, and lovely local restaurants. Highly recommended, we’ll be back!

Keti is a delightful, professional hostess who was always available for questions and helpful with information about buses, ferries, taxis, and places to visit. She lent us bikes and beach equipment too. The apartments are beautifully furnished, and both the pool and wellness area are excellent. It’s a quiet, relaxing location, just a three-minute walk to the sea and a ten-minute stroll to the small, tranquil, friendly port town of Splitska. I wholeheartedly recommend Vila Keti for a relaxing stay on Brac island and as a base for exploring Croatia’s beautiful places.
