A lovely island and a really nice place to unwind.

The hosts were lovely and always ready to help. Our small apartment had a pretty sea view, a well-equipped kitchen, and a place to sit outside. It was a magical, peaceful spot, with nothing but quiet and the sound of the waves.

The apartment was near the beach, and getting to the island was easy at any hour with the water taxi. We were welcomed warmly and got help with our luggage. The owners lived next door and brought a lot of life to the place. That was lovely, though it wasn't great for sleeping. The owner's mother was an angel, looking after us and greeting us even though we didn't share a language. The apartment itself was in a very run-down corner of the building, which was disappointing for a charming little place where we'd hoped to find peace and quiet. The owner had been away for the last few days, and the internet stopped working too, perhaps by coincidence. Croatia is enchanting, but we probably won't return here.
