The owners live in the building, and almost everything seemed to be a problem for them. Even just talking on the terrace at night, not partying, was an issue. They also asked us for €10 for two broken glasses.

Srima is a charming little town near Vodice, and the apartment is in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood. The beach is a two-minute walk away, with small pebbles and clean, clear, shallow water that worked well for families with kids. There's a shop and bakery nearby, and parking in front of the apartment. Inside, the rooms were clean and tidy and the kitchen had all the necessary appliances. The owners were friendly and incredibly kind, which was a huge plus. I'd recommend it!

Almost a year has passed, but this accommodation is still what comes to mind when I think about that holiday. It wasn't a pleasant stay, and after years of visiting Croatia, it was our worst accommodation experience. We were charged an extra €10 per night per apartment because two people in our group arrived on a motorbike. That became an issue from the very first morning and disrupted the peaceful holiday we wanted. The WiFi was weak in the lower apartment and didn't work at all upstairs. The owners live in the building, in the lower part. They use two-thirds of the floor, with the apartment taking up the other third, and the hallway is shared. We often heard doors opening and closing. The two things I did appreciate were the air conditioning and the good location close to the beach. If you're not traveling by motorbike and don't mind having the owners in the building, you might find it bearable. We would rather spend another half hour looking for somewhere else next time.
