I was there just before the season started and Vila Anni was lovely, just as described. The kitchen had everything I needed to make my own meals, and the beach is close by, with shops an easy, pleasant walk away. Since I was travelling alone, I especially appreciated having such kind, helpful people to come back to. I’d happily recommend this little spot in Sutivan.

We’ve stayed at Vila Anni for three summers now, and I hope we’ll be back again. The house is clean and a higher standard than I expected for its 3-star rating, and the hosts are really friendly. It’s close to a beach and only a short walk into the centre. Sutivan is a lovely spot for a quiet, sunny holiday.

We’re back for our 11th summer holiday here, and Sutivan and Villa Anni have become a must for our family. The apartment is clean and nicely furnished, with a lovely sea view and a pool. It’s peaceful, near the sea and close to the centre of Sutivan, and the owners are so accommodating and nice. We were very happy again and definitely recommend it!

Our apartment was spotless, and all the furniture was new. Add the sensational view, great location, and super nice, friendly hosts, and it was the highlight of our vacation. Strongly recommended.

The pizza was okay, and the beer too. :)
