The bed was really nice, and the food in the restaurant was fantastic. Making so many different dishes at such high quality for that many people is impressive, bravo 👏. The cleaning lady did a great job, too. I stayed with my son in room 520. It was quiet, and although the view wasn't nice, I preferred having a peaceful room. Everyone at the hotel was helpful and kind ❤️.

We found the location handy for a stroll toward the marina, and the reception staff made us feel welcome. The room was modern and clean. The food was okay, enough that you won't go hungry. There were no activities or kids' club while we were there, and the all-inclusive drink choices were very limited, but it was still okay.

The sea is right by the hotel, and the location is ideal if that's what you want. The beach is pebbly, so bring special shoes. Rooms are modern, comfortable, and clean, each with a balcony, though a sea view isn't guaranteed. We asked to move rooms, and they accommodated us even though the hotel was full. The all-inclusive food was very good, with plenty of variety and fish. The coffee wasn't to our taste at all, not Lavazza, but there are cafes nearby for a better cup. The gym is dated and its equipment needs an upgrade. There was no entertainment, so I wouldn't choose this place if we planned to spend all our time at the hotel without excursions. For an all-inclusive three-star hotel, though, it's very good value. It took about two hours by coach from Split. Buses run to Makarska port, where boats go to Hvar and Brac islands. A taxi to Makarska is poor value, they charged €15 for 2km. It's not really walkable, but there are local buses, so ask reception. Some staff were unpleasant when serving drinks. We only have one or two every other day, but a few acted as if we hadn't paid for them. The staff need training in customer service, starting with a smile. Dogs are allowed, which is a big plus for pet owners, though guests with pets eat in a separate restaurant room. We went in October and still had a really good option for our needs.

We loved Croatia so much that we've already booked another stay for next May. It was our first visit, and the clear water right outside the hotel was beautiful. The pool was great, too. The dining room was clean and well organized, with a great selection at breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The rest of the hotel was clean as well. All the staff worked hard to make the stay enjoyable. At reception, they patiently helped us with our iPhones and took the time to explain everything. They made us feel very welcome, and nothing seemed too much trouble. We booked with easyJet and went in October this year. An easyJet representative met us at Split airport and drove us to the hotel, a journey of about 2h15min.
