We came back this year after enjoying our stay last year, and booked directly with Laura this time. She was lovely and texted as soon as the flat was ready, since she knew we hoped to check in early. The free Wi-Fi was excellent, parking is right outside, and there's a play area for kids. Bars, a supermarket, bakery, and restaurants are all very close. The flat was easy to find just off the main road into Umag. It took me 14 minutes to walk to the Old Town, 8 minutes to reach the sea, and 20 minutes to get to the town beach. Katoro beach is a spectacular spot, about a 4.5 km drive away. Inside, there's a roomy bedroom, kitchen, spotless bathroom, and outdoor patio, with all the cooking facilities, international TV channels, and air-conditioning. We were a couple, though it also has a double bed and a single bed. Three guests would have paid the same flat fee as the two of us. We paid €45 per night during our stay.

It's a quiet, well-kept and welcoming apartment, just 5 minutes from the beach. We found it a great base for our trips to the coastal towns. This was our second year staying here with family, and we'd happily return. Laura is wonderful, and the courtesy, cleanliness, helpfulness and value all make the five stars feel deserved. I recommend it.

There were a lot of pigeons on the roofs, and they made quite a racket in the mornings. The apartment itself was nice and clean, and otherwise everything was okay. The kitchen was very sparsely equipped.

It's an easy walk into the city, and the rooms are beautiful and spotlessly clean. The hosts were great, and everything we needed was provided. I'd definitely stay here again.
