Breakfast was a lovely start to each morning, freshly made and nicely presented. Our room was comfortable and spotless, and even our little dog settled in happily. The owner was kind and helpful from the moment we arrived, which made us feel welcome right away. We had a wonderful stay and would gladly come back. Highly recommend!

We came with bikes, so being outside the tourist area suited us, even though town is too far to walk to. The kitchen worked really well for cooking, and our room was clean and lovely. The host was super kind, and the property itself is beautiful. For the price, this was one of the best-value stays we've had. Thank you!

Umag old Town and the marina are about a 20-minute walk away. We also loved the resident dog, who was such a pleasure and made us feel welcome at their home. The rooms are stylish but practical, and everything we needed was there. It was all super, super clean. Sandra is a lovely, helpful lady, and guests can use the big kitchen and dining area. There's strong free wifi and free, safe parking. We can only recommend this place highly. Thank you, Sandra, for everything. Love from South Africa, Peet and Naomi.

We stayed for two days and had an excellent time. The staff were super nice and helpful, and it's close to the center of Umag. There was free parking right in front, in a good neighborhood and a great location.
