We spent our evenings on the terrace, which was cozy and really pleasant. The apartment is well kept, and the kitchen has everything you could need. The bed and sofa bed were both very comfortable, and the bathroom is fully renovated and modern. You can walk to the beach in 2 minutes and reach the center in 10. Umag has both sandy and pebble beaches. Helga (the hostess) was kind, helpful, and accommodating. We’re very happy with the stay and will recommend the apartment. Just one little downside, the upstairs neighbors move furniture around every morning.

The beach is only 100m away, so we barely needed the car during our vacation. There are supermarkets close by, including Kaufland fruit store, Spar, and Lidl. The property is fenced, which felt safe for children, and the owner was friendly. We’d be happy to stay with her again and will return to Mrs. Hilda.

It’s a quiet area, and the hostess was lovely and helpful. The garden has a great seating spot, the beach is 100 meters away, and the town center takes 5 minutes on foot. Shopping is just 150 meters away.

We were very satisfied. The property was clean and well looked after, the apartment had excellent amenities, and the terrace was lovely. The hostess was friendly and helpful.
